Tummy Tuck

- Always wear a moisturized sunscreen when outdoors, winter and summer. The sun's rays can burn you even if the air feels cool, and sunlight reflected off water or snow can be particularly powerful.
- No matter what your skin type is, use a protective sunscreen when you are in the sun; don't expose your skin for more than 15 minutes. Don't forget to use sunscreen on your face and the back of your hands because these are constantly exposed to the sun's rays.
- Always remove your makeup before going to bed.

Coast, was established in 1985 by Dr. Frank Filiberto. A board certified
surgeon, Dr. Filiberto has successfully completed over 5,000 surgeries,
and specializes in rhinoplasty. Due to his many years of experience,
Dr. Filiberto has mastered the techniques of cosmetic surgery, giving
his patients amazingly natural looking results. He has a B.S. degree in
Biology from St. John’s University and a medical degree from the
Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, and became a medical doctor at

Chemical Peels at Artful Awakenings
A Chemical Peel by Artful Awakenings is a type of treatment that rejuvenates aging skin by creating a controlled burn of the skin. As the skin heals it becomes more youthful in appearance and structure as new collagen (protein of the skin) is produced. The two most common chemicals used to achieve significant results are phenol and TCA (trichloroacetic acid). A full-face chemical peel takes takes one to two hours and is done as an out-patient procedure.
